Made Alone Together

How does creative expression manifest during a global pandemic?
Alongside 121 other artists, I contributed two pieces: the first, the foreward to the entire publication and the second, a creative non-fiction piece called Past, Present—a series of vignettes formed from memories and white lies and warped realities of my childhood.
The odd pictures my brain has been creating when I'm asleep, instances even further mangled than usual, feel more real then whatever this shit is that we're all going through. Through these fragments, I was attempting to capture the matter how complicated or simple, frustrating or matter-of-fact it might be.
